Ive bought an evo 1 from keighley b4 like the black evo 1,had no trouble with them,fun too drive but parts aren't cheap

 

seems dear for a evo 1 imo

deffo mate the lad who used to own pennine way went down to have a look at a 22b and it the intercooler looked like it had been hit by a axe and the lad selling it didnt even notice so they must of test drove that well before trying to sell it

another lad i know was down there and seen a truck full of damaged cars roll in and get off loaded

 

Once looked at an escos there that turned out to be on an XR3I book........

 

you might drive to brum or wherever they are and find out its on a proton persona book

I dont live to far away from Keithley car trade centre and pop in every now and then, if you want me to have a look at the EVO for you so you dont have a wasted trip i dont mind, just let me know

I do have to say there imported evo's and subarus do look sh*te but my mate bought his flat black esc cos from there and never had a problem. Its just all the imported crap that they have probs with by the sounds of it

 

As said avoid Keighley trade centre I'd pay the extra £150 and get the 3, the 3 has more power and better interior, spoilers etc.

They are great fun and good cars for the money

 

herd so many horror storys bout the place iv been and looked round they have lots of cars some look good others look rubbish odd alloys odd seats just chucked together i wouldnt buy owt

I would not go near them with a bargepole Davie. Go onto the MLR and check out private sales he should get a better deal. Someone just sold a 4gsr needing a diff from Dunfermline for 3.5K.

im sure out of the early ones the Evo 3 is the one to go for, Lsd's front and back iirc but not 100% on that!

i just read about this on the other post at the top of the page, apparently it was an Aubergine color with a Rally Light pod on the bonnet?
