i feel the need to buy myself something for xmas
coss nobody loves me and wont buy me one
any user got one on pf
saw a humming bird last
week on tv had a airwolf kit on it looked
but the pros and cons.. battery types seem shit
and petrol seems real expensive if ya crash the fooker
willing to pay up to say 500 sheets any ideas

yeah i know that mate thats the challenge but dont want a 10 minute wonder
then 4 hours to recharge the batterys ..plus keeps me out of the boozer 4 a bit
wanted one years ago but could not afford
just looking for a bit of advice if its out there
most internet reports on likes of amazon & ebay

I've had a fuel heli, yes they are difficult to control and you have to work at it for ages. Crash them and can be lots of money, if you have lot of time go for it.

Thunder tiger raptor 30s are good starters

Ive got a petrol one, it is a really old model, ive never flown it, cos i heard it was fookin solid! So it just s=resides in my attic along with my other 10 minute wonders such as my train set, my scalectrix, and my collection of nat west pigs Heres a quick pic of it!

funnily enuf theres a club just down the road from me, also look for forums on it...they usually have a 101 posts from newbies saying "what should i buy"!!!

cant remember the name but theres one that covers all R/C types, that was always good a few yrs ago!

I almost got one for a birthday a few years ago and have always wanted one. My parents had no idea what to get me so thought a rc helicopter might be fun. ANyway, at teh last minute my brother veto'd it and said get him a plane. They weren't sure but he pushed it through and i ended up with a huge rc plane with a wing span of about 5 ft. Where the f**k am i gonna fly a plane with a wing span of 5ft? i asked him.
I could have flown a helicopter in my garden. So it's sat in my loft ever since untouched. Always wanted a helicopter tho...

I got a Raptor 30,specced up to fook....and a raptor 50 with some cool stuff on as well...............and yes they are a coont to fly !!!!!!..

hi mate yep its easier to fly the real thing .there is a couple of model shops in london with simulaters to get u used to the controls .the first time i flew mine i smashed it to bits cost a fortune to mend.ace fun though
