Default urgent advice plz( cossie idle )

ive been working solid on my escos all week so its back on the road for the christmas holidays as my company van is being taken away. got every thing done but when i take the icv off it cuts out so ive gone to set the base idle to 900rpm with it off but the screw is proper stuck, ive taken the throttle housing off but the screw slowly breaking the more i try... does a 4x4 throttle house defenatly adjust? if so any tips....

also whats the differance between a 4x4 and a 2wd throttle body?

my 4x4 for defo adjusts,try soaking it with likes of wd40 give time to hopefully soak in,maybe carefully give it a tap when screw driver is in the head of the screw,even get it moving any direction and just work it back and forth,should hopefully free it of,might be able to re slot the head get it out not to badly damaged,maybe watch not tighten it in to much tho not sure if you could damage throttle body,a good fitting screw driver be best,maybe some help to you col93saphcos

no difference in a 2wd/4x4 throttle body,but you will have to get the tps switch adjusted if you remove it etc!i would give it a good soak in wd40
