dunno bought it about 6 months ago when they just came out. Honestly mate its awesome. two of my mates are really into home cinema and have 50' Pioneer Kuros... and they were GUTTED when they saw the picture quality and extra size of mine!

as I say.. on SD televsion on some channels its not perfect, but DVD... SkyHD and bluray its off the charts good.

AND BIG. AND CHEAP! Think I paid £2300? bet they are mage cheap now?

REALLY REALLY reccomended... IF you can get over the fact it says LG on the front and not Pioneer.. (took me a while )

Neal from memory of what I was reading at the time the 7000 one is prett NASTY on SDtv... which I still watch alot of... as Sky still don't do that much in HD do they.

and you cant really tell the difference between them in when playing HD stuff either.... don't forget SkyHD is not transmitted and won't be in full 1080p anyway!

I did read up alot and the lower model was actually the one to go for as I remember. I ended up paying more for the HD ready one than the FullHD in the end as everyone was after that model and not the other one!

Things may have changed now on specs and prices. So go and view some and make sure they are set up right and have a decent signal input to get a proper feel for them. As I say... mines been brilliant. MUCH to my surprise EVEN after I had read all about it... I still expected it to be crap!

its not at all!
