As a last resort is it not viable to go to the address you sent the cheque too? If its miles away it wouldnt be worth it I suppose but worth a shot if its close. I would be fuming if I was you

Probably could be reported mate but I think in this possible circumstance there could be a valid reason. I hope so anyway, he seem(ed) too genuine to rip people off.

i received a PM from him this morning apologising and explaining why things havent been sent. Obviously a few problems at his end which is unfortunate but he has said my item has been posted today so will see what happens.
