Looking to getting some. What are the ones i need for an E46 BMW? Can anyone recommend me any? Also can i get them to do dipped and main beam? TBH havent got a clue what im looking for so any help will be appreciated.
Unless you have projector type headlights you wont have the required cut off height needed for the lights and blind everyone coming the other way. If I was you I'd look on ebay for a second hand genuine xenon units.

What this guy said, HID kits are tacky as anything - I hate them.
Even halogens with projectors return a poor response to HID kits, OEM xenons are the only way.
