Got run over last night - by a 4x4
I was walking to the local shop last night with my wife,
stoped at the side of the road looked right, left etc, and waited for a bmw x5 to pass us,
then the road was clear, got 3 quaters of the was across the road and bam,
the bmw x5 had decided to reverse all the way back at 15 or 20mph. i was 3/4 across the road, so almost clear, but it it me, he decided to reverse at such speed as a car 100 meters away was coming towards him and instead of pulling into a gap the x5 decided to reverse,
the bmw driver then tried to drive off after knocking me down, after all the bmw driver said he never check his mirrors. ffs.
i spent all night in A&E, cant walk, in pain,

I got into a bit of an argument with a guy in one a few days ago, was walking down the pavement near my mums work and he pulls up onto it to try to get round some bollards. had a bit of heated debate but he drove off when I went for his keys

had xrays and no bones broken but they think its nerve damage,
The bloke who knocked me down was well smug, and was like, well you wearing a black jacket, my wife was wearing a green one and walking with me ffs.

amazes me as to the stupid things some drivers do,not looking in ya mirrors when reversing is dangerously stupid.
