Default vectra problems

got a vectra 2.0 gls the twat keeps cutting out at junctions but starts fine straight after. ive changed spark plugs.

any one got any ideas?

Same problem as every other vectra in the world. Its the idle speed control valve. they get gummed up and shitty, take it of clean it, if no luck then replace, Also inside the inlet manifold there is a tiny pinhol breather type affair, this get shitted up to, Strip it and carb cleaner and a pin will sort you right

Ecotec, clean every breather etc you can find.
Is ICV as said most likely, not that expensive I remember I got one online somewhere cheap enough.

Exactly as posted above. Its the little breather in the inlet which often gets overlooked. I had an Omega 2.0 16v and this breather was blocked solid with carbon deposits. had to run a very fine drill bit through it to clear it. Ran like a dream after that.

also worth noting the ICV on an ecotec is the same as an 8v or V6

clean the throttle body and also the above. Should be fine from there.
