Default Track wheels........

I bought these of Ebay a few months ago......

They were advertised as fitted to a rally saph cossie and i thought they would be perfect for my S2 track car. Anyway, i tried to fit em and designed for studs and not bolts.

I thought the saph cossies were bolt fitterment and 3 doors were studs ???

Change the wheel bolts mate. You have to have special ones with collets or something. Or get a stud conversion.

rally design or speed shack can sort you out with a stud convewrsion. not just to get the wheels on but it makes life much easier.

or you can get bolts with collars on them to fit.

can get some long High Tensile bolts from a normal bolt supplier and get 4 tapered collars machines up, that will do the job, or sell the wheels to me

Get a stud conversion!

Nothing worse than bolts if you want to change the wheels over trackside........

you need use tapered collars on nuts/bolts for use in alloy wheels. the bolt/nut face tightens up against the flat of the collar and NOT the alloy, so when u tighten and undo the wheels you are not gauging into the alloy each time. this not only can cause cracks in the alloy, but cuts through the paint/laquer and caused the ally to furr up and corrode.
