what head bolts should i use and i want to put a wrc multilayer head gasket do i need to do anythink like deck the block ec..

where should i get the parts???

To fit a WRC gasket the head and block must be perfectly flat, so get them both checked . What sort of power are you going to be running?

As you got it early then the block should be fine.

Also the head if it didnt get too hot. But id recomend getting it lightly skimmed and pressure tested. About Ł60-80.

I used a multi layer group A on my cossie. Was a 'Cometic' gasket

As far as im aware you should really use the standard, ford stretch bolts, new ones of course.

Ive heard horror stories of people using 'uprated' bolts on a standard enging the cracking the block.

Dont know when it was last done, but while your at it you may as well replace the timing belt as well.

So really belt, tensioners, bolts, gasket and a skim sould cost you no more than Ł400.

its a relativly straight ford job, just make sure everything is clean and make sure to lable everything, especially the cams and followers in the head if ur removing them for a skim/test.
