Default Cossie long stud/head gasket Questions?

ive got an escort cosworth small turbo that will run around 420-450bhp, that i'll probly drive at about 350-360bhp 90% of the time untill i can afford a transmission upgrade....

the car is long studed and now, i'll will be soon puting it back together so need some advice... what head bolts should i use in the four corners around the long studs? arp? standard? where to get them from?

also what headgasket to use i had a wrc that let go on the water way, but ive had the head skimmed now... i don't want to be working on this for awhile so i want to get this choice right... who thinks metal? or group A?

cheers
