Yeah i considered an X5 too, thats what the Mrs wants. Just being too sensible at the moment after the wedding etc, that's why I haven't done anything about it yet.... I know I don't NEED it, as there's just the two of us, where as you guys obviously do. But I don't know how much longer I can keep driving small cars all the time.

If i turned up with an R32 of a focus she'd be ok with it, but if it was a RR i'd probably have to sleep in it.
![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
Don't see why you shouldn't buy a focus TBH, they're reasonaly priced now. I would consider one on the register, providing it had just been a bump, or lock damage, you get it cheap and sell it cheap, makes no odds to me.

RR Sports came in a really odd Metallic Orange ltd edition when new.

On a related note anyone seen the RR Sport Cosworth 300?

Hideous. So typical of Kahn "improvements"

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
![Default](https://passionford.com/forum/images/icons/icon1.gif)
It's Tangiers Orange. Factory limited edition and you could buy all the toys to make it like the proper G4 challenge vehicles. Winch, roof rack etc......
Needs the standard wheels putting on it and aggressive tyres at least.

I LOVE my x5! Seriously cool car to cruise about in and i couldnt give a shit about the comments of "needing" a 4x4 etc etc
![Big Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)
Its my wifes car daily and its great for 3 kids and a dog! Plenty space and comfort.
Ours is a 3l petrol. Petrol ones are a steal at the mo! Was gonna get the 4.4 v8 but just in case any potential engine issue(which generally there isnt!!) i took the lesser model. And also it came up fucking cheap and local!
Both models return a similar mpg so i'm led to believe. Say 17 mpg in town rangine to 20 average and 28 on a run?!
Mine on lpg does 14-15 round town and wee bit more on a run.
AWESOME to drive and they handle REALLY well for such a big car! Honestly they are great on big easy motorway or country roads.
Reliability i guess is good because its a bmw?! I've had a brake hose corroded but hardly a big issue. The rear self levelling susp can be a common problem apparently. Some sort of compressor supplies air to constantly keep rear in check. I've experienced the car without it working as we blew a fuse while hitching a trailer and fiddling with the electrices. it was NOT FUCKING NICE!!
What do you mean about smoothness of the rangey?
any Q's just ask.

This coupled with the fact that the car is beginning to acquire a bit of a ‘drug dealer’ image,
