Default Any SAAB experts on here?

This end plate:
http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/2006...haft_seals.jpg

Is that the same on the 2.0 and 2.3 engines?

Do the 2.0 and 2.3 engines (late 90s ones) bolt up to the same transmissions, ie are they are direct swap for each other?

I keep finding conflicting information when searching.

this is the cover that bolts to the gm gearbox we use in things like my astra (f28 vauxhall gearbox) we know it fits the 2lt but would like to know if it also fits the 2.3

Have looked into it more now.

I need a 94-98 saab 9000 2.3 engine, and then I need some bits off a B204 (2.0) turbo engine to allow me to alter it to fit succesfully into a vauxhall.
