Stripped head bolt thread out block, How do i repair??
When torqueing the head bolts it pulled the thread out the block, the bolt is fine.
What can be done to repair this??
Can they HeliCoil this type of thread, given the pressures they are under??
Or should i open the thread up from a M10 to a M12 and use larger bolts??
Thanks for any help.
Matt.

I've checked and there is loads of room. Its a 2.0ltr zetec block.
The only other thing i would have to do is open the holes through the head from 11mm to about 12.5mm
