Malia is were all my boys went this year and they have all come back raving about it (but they thought it was a bit of a sossage fest!) but they still had a wicked time!

You stated a sausage fest, and they enjpyed it. Hence me hinting they enjoyed it as of of that.

I went to Argassi (I think thats how its spelt) last year and had a great time (with the gf and parents) Decent place with good restaurants etc etc...I think it's Laganas and Kalimaki are where the majority of bars etc are. I've heard off friends that tsilvi is a nice place though.

thats the impression i got from the bit i was at
but on the coach from the airport there was lots of family's gettin off at vila's
so there must be a differant side to the island maybe more suited to family's
if you go take the boat trip round the island, takes about 4-5 hours but its great, you visit an old shipwreck and caves and allsorts

I went there on honeymoon just over 8 years ago. It was a fairly quiet place then. There were more lively places if you wanted them, but we didn't.

And on the postcards. That white looking sand isn't sand tho, it's stones of varying size.
Top tip, if you visit it, make sure the boat doesn't dump you in a wave as you try and get off the rear end

Been to Kalimaki, Zante is a lovely island, was quite unspoilt when I went..... Zante Town was not one for the faint hearted if you were on a moped though..... the Greek's are nutters behind the wheel of a car.....

Went with the missus a few years back and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel was nice, bars were plentifull when we wanted them and nice restraunts aplenty serving good food. I have heard it's a bit ougher these days which is a shame
