Default 3dr with a mis fire

Hi lads can anyone put any light on a small problem i have .

what the car has

full motor rebuild
full head reuild
rs 500 intercooler
T34 turbo new
-31
set to give out 20psi
greens new
ally rad new
all the pipes new
3barr
L1 ECU with a chip for all that lot

Right whats hapening is when the car gets to mormal temp and you boot it the turbo cicks in and of it goes but it gets to about 5000rpm and you can feal its holding back a bit and it also back fires and it does not seem to want to rev much past 5000. i just had it out and as i came up to an island i dropped one gear to get the revs up as i came of the island and floored it it rev,d but was back fireing like a machine gun anyone put any light on it

O i do have to confese the car has NOT had a set up on it yet
