1. Not if your running a controller
2. Set at the right pressure it should only require minor adjustments if any
3. Make sure the olives are not overtightened on anything as they close the nylon pipes up a fair bits, 2.5mm drill bit is a good way of making sure they are even.
4. Don't use 90 degree elbows on the distribution block

I did notice that you waited for a bit of sport and I did try to have a play but I knew there was something horribly wrong with the front end, the steering was shaking like the wheel was about to fall off ..
give me a shout next time we meet and we will go head to head ??
hmmmm did you slip with the spanner whilst undoing the exh housing and accidently undone the head studs
Exactly that I wanted the inlet off to sort the NOS jets, I wanted the turbo off to sort turbo stuff and before I knew it the head was off too
And for all the folks (you know who you are) that said the engine would never run full boost and if it did failure would be the result.. It has and it's f@cking mint inside
How old is the engine now? ....

I might have stood a chance if I had knowledge of the circuit and if the NSF tyre wasn't about to pop!
fair play but ive never driven oulton in over 6 years or so and that was the first time id driven the fiesta hard,i too had a few issues to contend with, but it would have been better if it was a proper race day etc ie not having to pass on the left etc
ps check your rear bumper for orange paint , nearly ran into the back of you going up the hill towards the bridge lol
