i hope your learning as much as you can about nos, as i said its safe if installed/set up/used right.
top of the shop things to know
(waits for the experts to add/change)
1.activation only above certain rpm 3.5k+ at a guess
2.setup in winter will mean danger in the summer

1. Not if your running a controller
2. Set at the right pressure it should only require minor adjustments if any
3. Make sure the olives are not overtightened on anything as they close the nylon pipes up a fair bits, 2.5mm drill bit is a good way of making sure they are even.
4. Don't use 90 degree elbows on the distribution block
If you can Martin have a think about using the latest injectors a la :
(ignore the cable ties wip)

I wanted the inlet off to sort the NOS jets, I wanted the turbo off to sort turbo stuff 
and before I knew it the head was off too 
And for all the folks (you know who you are) that said the engine would never run full boost and if it did failure would be the result.. It has and it's f@cking mint inside
How old is the engine now? ....

but ive never driven oulton in over 6 years or so and that was the first time id driven the fiesta hard,i too had a few issues to contend with,but it would have been better if it was a proper race day etc ie not having to pass on the left etcps check your rear bumper for orange paint , nearly ran into the back of you going up the hill towards the bridge lol
