Guy on an Audi forum I use heard a smash and his alarm. When he went outside he found a 19 year old in his car helping himself to the conents. A swift wallop and said 19 year old found himself zip tied to the railings outside the blokes house awaiting collection by the police.

I hate thiefs = I like this thread.

Like two years ago my CD-player got stolen, I don't care about the player, but I hate the fact that some scum what even doesn't deserve to breath had intruded to my car. It (I use term it, thiefs and other scumbags like that aren't called as human)got inside thru the boot (which was open then, lock wasn't working properly). But I liked the fact that it seemed like the gas springs what hold boot up did fail while he was intruding my car. I bet the boot crashing down did scare the hell outta it. Didn't find any fingers from the boot tho.

most of you won't remember the geezer what put 240v to his sierra cosworth door handle as a precaution to theft as it had been stolen and broken into previously, some twat tried the handle and went down like a sack of shit, matey then had a brainwave to sue the cosworth owner and told the court and police he had tried the handel as the door was ajar and he was trying to close it for the owner, judge sent the cosworth owner to the cooler while the thevin slag got compo and his winky sucked by our judicial system

I agree, police will most likely inform the scum that he can make a claim of some sort.

Years back my old mans mate was asleep on the sofa, hears the front window smash and a hand come in and start searching for the latch.

The bloke picked up a something and whacked the scums hand, thus impailing it on the broken glass in the frame.

Scum ran away, bloke calls old bill and is promptly told that they would really need to find the scum to see if he wanted to press charges!!!

Said they were far more interested in doing him over the scum, nice!!

Also surely with a thief/burglar you only have to block their exit route then they have to assault you to get past.(thus allowing you to defend yourself personally). Or have you lost the right to self defence these days too??

I know the tactic we used to use for shoplifters when at safeways was block thier exit so they have to touch you first.

Got a mate that works in the city with me, was on his way home and 2 ghetto rudeboy gangsta wannabees where giving it the biggon to every one on the train, after a while ended up just him and these two lads on the train.

Heard them say "lets rob the city boy" they then threw a beer towards him so he didnt retaliate got up and walk up the train to get off.

They followed him and one came at him, what they didnt know was that he was a black belt in thai quan doe (sp) The kid went to head butt him and he busted out a head kick and knocked him out!!!

His mate shit himself and ran off down the train so he stole the twat that was knocked out's shoe's and lobbed them out the train window

Heard a story once about a bloke having his house broken into, he caught the 2 blokes and restrained and gagged them then loaded them into the boot of his estate car. Threatened them in loads of ways, kept telling them he was going to kill them etc. He then proceeded to drive to the countryside and randomly stop to put rocks/boulders in the car, when they asked what they were for he said he needed something to weigh them down with In the end they were both crying and pleeding for their lives, eventually he dumped them by the side of the road miles and miles away with no clothes/money

I caught a TINK nicking my wallet when I was a student living in the halls of recidances.
Thankfully I heard a noice coming from my bedromm and went for a look. Once in, there was a TINK opening my bedside cabinet helping himself to my wallet!
I ran and rugby tackled him against the wall, damaging his shoulder. I shouted and my big Danish roomm8 came bellowing into the room and twisted his arm right round past his face! hehehehe!
The cunt was that the coppers took 20 FLIPPING MINUTES to get to us!!! I was rage'in (adleniline didn't help either!)

Did I hear anything about his court appearance.........did I fook! They prob let him off! Still wish to this day I took his head off, but I'm not a fighting type.

I've a letter of commendation from the Chief Constable of Strathclyde Police for apprehending a car thief, the second got away albeit battered and bruised.

The Police turned a blind eye to the fact that the thief(who'd been persued & crashed a stolen car prior to the atempt on mine)had been smacked with a golf club.
The officers that took the thief into custody threw the golf club well into a near by garden.

What was laughable about the whole scenario was that the thief tried to prosecute the police for the assault, needless to say he did'nt get anywhere with his claim.
