ran im at pysio 3 days a week now got a 45 deg bend so alot of work to do they did all my ligaments its stopped paining me full time now wierdest thing my pysio is cheif of this sports place my quads were like on fire as they took grafts from thier she ask werabouts a pressed it OUCHAFOOKA! but then she says tell me when it goes! i couldnt see the logic until after about a min the pain went she moved on did the whole quads pressin hard on the pain and it just went well mad made me smile tho as the pain was gettin to me abit just frustrates ya as cant do anything but tek it so am pleased but me legs skinny like a golf club its orible champoin scars tho tell the kids some stories

physio is a bitch mate - but it has to be done. Mine was all private thru work so i cained it all as much as i could. They cut thru my ligaments and now over 2 years on its still has a kinda funny felling - like pins and needles, still hurts like fook if i knock it tho.
Have u been practicing while you are lying there - as u should be will help to shorten the recovery time. I used to do it till the pain got REALLY worse, and I am a sucker for pain then when you cant lift your leg anymore its time to relax and smoke a bifta
then do it all again

i had the band thing but never really used it. Just carried on practising the bend - but to be fair once all the swelling goes down you will be able to move it easier as the swelling it what is restricting the movement.
