I think the fact the he works for those fuckwits says VOLUMES about the ferrari beating XR2.
I've had a few nippy XR2's, but ferrari beaters? Maybe an Old Dino, thats broken...

i remember being given an old fast ford or similar mag from the 80's and they had a mk1 xr2 and a ferrari on the front cover, and in the test it was quicker, was proper madly modded though obviously

you will probably find that the show director has asked him to say his XR2 is as fast as a Ferrari!
Lee is actually a really nice fella who knows his stuff- a genuine ford enthusiast..
As well as his XR2.. he also has a nice saph...

What makes me laugh is the wheel spacers they use, they are always 6inches....wtf lol

I did laugh when they sorted their boot issue by using a roof skin. Only to end up adding more weight forcing them to use hydralics to lift it. On their first attempt with Martin there, that didn't work either.
Anyone else pick up on the fact that Martin mentioned the car had to be ready for the GT racing at Rockingham, even though Bernie was still there and not spoken to him about it.

, shows the difference his made, he's converted a full scoobys running gear into a gold and looked normal till lepu touched it unlike lepus fiesta which tbh looked fucked and made a pigs ear or a simple conversion lol

cheers mate dident say whitch ferrari did i i was told to say this but my xr2 did a 13 sec down the pod on road tyres i can show u vid if u want and i drove it there and 50 mile round trip to work monday building a fast car any mug can do but make it reliable

not the best time ive done in my xr2 but only one i have on video on road tyres and not million pounds spent on it just the right parts and its a 1600
