Just Picked it up from paintshop>
tried posting this in photo forum but for some reason wont load up so im going to try it here.
Well here is the project i bought some time ago for £500. Was rotten as a pear so decided to give it a new life instead of putting another one in the scrappers.
Just picked it up. Fair few mods done to the bodywork but i like to keep it subtle these days. Its in a right mess cleanliness wise due to my painter being lazy and not cleaning it, But he is fairly cheap and does a good job.
Heres the pics. Will post more after the big cleanup and new 90- spec interior oes in at the weekend. Does need a few touch ups here and there but only a couple of little chips to sort out and some slight alignment of boot bonnet and doors for perfection.. ( is to be expected i suppose)
Engine bay seriously needs cleaning but all been painted and in the flesh is looking good. Samcos will go on at the weekend.
Just thought id give you guys a quick viewing, Will be leaving the gtr at home and doing a few southends in this when i get a suspension kit and some wheels i think.

Its filthy at the moment. He just does not look after cars that he works on lol. Its had the complete underside done.
New Rear Chassis Rails All inner wings rubbed down repaired where needed and re coated. New floors. When starting to strip off the underseal both rear spring cups fell off LMAO Was in a right mess structualy but now is as solid as new. at least i know have a base for a toy.
i have some pics coming from paintshop but not got them yet.
Heres one of the inside at the moment....
Gonna get the hoses interior and a few other bits on saturday which will get rid of the broomhandle lol. Will get a good clean up and a few chips touched up and will take some pics to post up sunday.
Whos got the white saph from essex with the V8 in it? (or at least a badge anyway) is he on here? had a tear up in the Skyline a couple of weeks back.

Pps. There used to be a cabby just like that in Swindon years ago, same colour & im sure it had the same wing!

how many years ago mate. i sold this to a younger kid near me and he had it for about 2 years then blew it up and sold it on ebay.
Might be in swindon you never know.
heres the front incase anyones intrested. stood out in its day, got the piss ripped out of it a fair bit aswell.

i think it had one of those Delta Bumpers....cant remember, it was years ago, like 7 years ago or something, stood out like a sore thumb tho lol
