Default Toyota MR2 Turbo Running Webber L6

Who can map it localish to southampton? i.e within an hour or so's drive.

Got a costumer trying to get his Mr2 Mapped, on L6 and greens.

but not having much luck with being a non toyota management or a non YB engine pairing.

Why not go down a more tried/tested route with something like Apexi PowerFC?

Perhaps its too late for that now, but why L6??

Live mapping an L6... Can only think of 5 people that I think have the equipment.
(Will need an eprom emulator to do this as well as experience)

Stu, Ahmed, Karl, Tony "Divorce" Mannock, Collins

None of them close !

You probably could as long as all the YB sensors are used but it will need det and AFR testing, Far from ideal.

its supposedly already got a chip already done for it, when the engine was built, but he says its running extreamly rich on idle, now i could tell him to adjust the idle screw, but i dont want to as im aware it adjust the whole fueling map, but possilbly this could be the probably as this was not the L6 that he got with the engine, so i presume the CO screw could be in completly the wrong place.

simon yes it uses all cossy sensors, i know its far from ideal, but to be honest i think he only wants it running properly, i.e not at its optimum.

he put loads of info up about it a while ago whilst he was still active.

basically chris sold him some stuff, bloke asked where to get it fitted, he told him to try some garage nearby.

said garage did something wrong, bodged it all up or something. but then did a runner or cauesed trading or something which meant he couldnt do them for it.

so he got his money out of chris for recomending them. aparently it's his responsibility as a business to not reccomend cowboys and it makes him as liable as they were!

utter tosh IMHO and only some kind of cunt would do that to an innocent party, but it happened, and he got arsefucked over it

" Care of Duty" apparently. Be careful, it's a weird country we live in. Cost me over £7000.
As Jim said, based on recommending someone elses services you can be liable if they turn out to be a bunch of arsefaces and f**k up the job they were supposed to do, and just refuse to pay.
Chris.
