i was pulling apart a old skool mr2 earlier, and ipulled up with my knee under a lip on the bumper, basicly i pulled up suddenly and caught both my knee caps
one on the left fukin cains atm, can walk ok but its agony to touch my knee cap?
should i be worried lol?

ye i tihnk i will....goo think is, i was wincing (sp) with pain when the missus walked in.... hehehe shes being propa sweet now
