any1 had thier van chipped?
ive got an 08 reg 311 spriner van and was thinkin of havin it done
its currently 110 bhp and i think you can up it to 150bhp with a chip
has any1 here had it done? especially if you got a sprinter.
and can any1 recomend any1 to do it?
i live in south london so the nearer the better.

contact your local evolutionchip dealer,they will probably do you a deal on the price,and you are then getting the best available,quite a lot do mobile.but you are a bit too far away from me.

correct mate, hes south london,i cover coventry /midlands. but i will travel up to 50 miles,mobile fitting.price on the site is rrp,but you can allways get discounts and special offers.

must admit that sounds apealing for the journeys to and from london and crewe - but luckily i claim all my fuel back thru work - so to justify £400 for a minor gain is hard to warrant.
but what has really caught my eye, is that i never thought my astravan could be worked on in that way, and it would appear that it can be - with some really good results
Blimey, and the Discovery which is a far amount cheaper - which is whats going to be needed more so when towing.
i hate these posts, it spends all my extra money just from reading

Lloyd, looking thru the list of Dealers i think id rather go thru yourself mate.
in many ways it makes sense as i kind of know who you are rather than a joe bloggs compnay ive never heard of, and your hardly out the way when im at Reyland almost bi-weekly, and to me id rather be putting the money in your pocket - thats if you were happy to take on the job.

Its not a minor gain though,when i have remapped vans for evo chips,dependant on make and model,some have seen a massive gain in torque which totally transforms the vehicle,every customer i have dealt with has been well pleased. One customer got an extra 7mpg aswell,which worked out 105 miles more to a tankful and a saving of £28 a week. phone a evochips dealer for a quote as i am sure they can do it cheaper than £400
