Nope.. mortgage on this flat would be ~£1400/mo based on 95% lend (not anymore )

Good topic.

Its a subject that has been on my mind awhile now, ive been looking at 2 up 2 down terreced houses with no driveway for about £475-£500 rent a month.
And reckon bills wise id be looking at about £300, plus then car insurance on top.

i'm glad i bought my house when i did (well, not really, i should have bought it 15 years ago for a 1/3 of the pricfe )

£525/mo rent for my flat, no water as thats included, Electric is £30/mo. I have sky and net too which is about £35/mo.
