I already have done that on one of my old cars.

I used an industrial 15inch TFT touch screen.
I did post some vids and pictures 3 or 4 years ago !
Will see if I can find them when I get home later.

Oh, and I havent traded for nearly 3 years...... so LOL

That is very cool!

Overkill in a 229,000 km Mr Poo though ?

A bit like paying for a 60 year old woman to have a boob job. It's fun to sit and have a little play with for a while but you'd soon wish you'd chosen better in the first place.

LOL, I dont trade anymore as I just dont have the time to devote to it unfortunately.

Besides, they were not cheap and only sold one back then !

Its not just a PC laptop ....far from it, you need all the extra electronics to control stuff like wipers, lights etc...

As an estimate, to develop something like this comercially as a one off would cost around Ł20000+ !!!!!!!!!!
(this is most definitely not a for sale add ! )
