Yeah I met him when I did the feature on the black pro-street mustang for Performance Ford.
I love drag racing, so was like meeting a legend lol. Real good guys down there, down to earth and honest. His son Luke is an up and coming builder to... that guy has skills.

My mate had some problems with them, he was booked in for a set up, but then the car wasn't ready intime, so he done the decent thing by ringing up a week before saying it won't be ready, can't get the time off work to get it done, and they wanted to charge him for the fucking DAY! As they wouldn't be able to fill the gap..... no fucking wonder at £95! Cunts

well its s1 turbo it isnt running right it keeps on cutting out when you drive it at full power so i took it to inter pro for a rolling road session but it never even made the rollers as they said my timeing was advanced back so he at to sort that first then he said that the distbautor unit the bit with the arm and stuff needs replaceing and it needed a new actuator and i all so got a leak on the metering head cover. so far hes done the timeing and the actutor that cost £314 for that £76 for the new actutor the rest labour and they said its going to cost the same again for the rest of the work the rolling road the cover and the distbatutor about 2 half hours work in total about £700 to get it all done

As SiB says - Tipton Garage are extremely competent, and have significant experience in tuning and dynoing most things. I have no recent experience of Interpro - I have used them in the past, but waaaay too long ago to be of any relevance.
If you want to know more about Tipton Garage, PM me and Ill give you more details.

I was thinking of going to interpro as when i popped in and asked (i was working nearby) they seemed to know what they were doing and im sure he said it was about £300 for a stage 1 tuneup (rolling road, chip & actuator). Obviously after reading this i was wrong. Im in swindon so got a few places, are these any good MAD (i think it is) in Maidenhead, Torque Of The Devil (Oxford Way), Aladin (oxford way), PJ (Wolverhampton - not too far as birmingham way), anyone else?

They do seem to like their prices.. I had to pay £150 for a frickin exhaust manifold adapter plate a few years ago!!.. Nobody else was making them at the time.. now they're £30 on ebay
