I,d say for reliability around 360-380 on a T34.63

Your next step as said maybe a T38, this is capable of 440-460

But another option is a GT3071, this again 450 turbo..

You are NOT making that power on a T34!!!

run it at 2 bar and you will be though

I just bought a brand new T34.63 yesterday for my Westy.... was almost a grand!! OUCH!

but it will be running 2bar on an MSD chip and make around 380bhp and make my little Westfield SOOOO FOOOOOKING FAST!!!

can't wait, PROPERLY excited!

It does depend on what exhaust housing you have.

You can get 3 different sizes, .48, .55 and .63, you will get the most power out of the .63.

Surely to be expected with only 21psi boost? I'd have guessed around 330bhp...

T35 is a DIESEL turbo

T34 comes with several housings

they include

.48
.55
.63

remember a T34 is always a T34 regardless of the rear housing

a T35 is a DIESEL turbo

i very much doubt it is making that power with only 1.6 bar!

as said, exhaust housings come in .48, .55 & .63

i had a t34.55 and i ran 2 bar (peak) and hold 1.8 bar, so providing its in decent condition to begin with, 1.6 bar is piss easy, 2 bar is common.

i´ve seen as much as 2.2bar ran through a t34.63, but how long it will last is another story

You arent making 350 let alone 370bhp at 1.6 bar

Charlie - get some PROPER boost ffs

Porkie - T34 becomes unrelaible with 36 psi spike and 2 bar held

i've got a t34 .63 exhaust and cutbackblades on it. Does the cutback do any good, or just cutting back in power?
should have a proper remap to know what the engine does

To be honest think if ya read what a put a said it was live mapped at BETWEEN 350-370 a neva once said it was running 370 bhp. In response to staffi it peaks about 1.9 and backs off at bout and holds 1.6 bar wiv a safety cut off at 30psi mate.which was all done wen it was live mapped

I wouldn't have thought so considering they reduce the effectiveness of the turbine wheel
