if whoever wants to get it really cheap the place would be the usa, but you'd have to take a chance with possible import duty.

There's many things you can do, but not everyone wants to send their items as "replacement parts", "gift", "mockup model" etc. You can also ask them to lower the price on the papers, and send the real reciept on mail
