Default Facebook help please

my computer is playing up at the moment it will only let me get on some websites if i follow someones link (ie ebay) so can some one put a link to a group up please so i can see if it will work? Many thanks Statey

Still no good it lets you log in but as soon as the page appears it says ` firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close! of to pc world tomorrow i think

Have you done the usual clear history/temp files/cookies etc?

Before opening any webpages go into Firefox click help at the top and select check for updates see if thats any use. If not what you could do is remove firefox and then try reinstalling it?

OK what you need to do then is see if it's an add-on thats causing the problem...

Start > All programs > Run Firefox in Safe Mode

If you don't get the error it's an add-on issue and we'd need to try and get rid of any add-ons you may have. Try that.

Also make sure your time and date is correct as if it's out of date by 2 days this can cause issues with some security certificates some sites use.
