My flatmate has just had her telephone stolen out of her bag, and the guy has been texting everyone in her fonebook with horrible messages including telling her boyfriend hes dumped and hes at work so she cant get hold of him to tell him otehrwise...

.. anyone know what to do any help much appreciated..

its an old fone but obviously all her numbers are on her sim card etc....

i had my 7230 stolen in amsterdam this weekend. It had a PIN on start up anyway. Cancelled the sim and barred the phone monday. Just received my new one an hour ago.

ring the service provider and get it barred!
