When i log on and click on General discussion,it takes me to the page that was live 1 hour and 45 minutes ago.???

Try Deleting all cookies & Temp Files.

Tools > Internet Options > Delete all from browsing history.

Come back to Passionford after closing down internet explorer completely. If the same thing happens again press CTRL + F5 simultaneously and it should load the current page. Could be your ISP caching it tbh.
