i think its the same as a t3/t4 .63 housing and they need about an inch spacer between manifold and elbow. do you sell the spacers mate and longer bolts ? will save me making one.

The yanks quote the 044 as a 420lb/hr pump, so if thats correct, feeding 4 x 83lb injectors shouldnt pose a problem.
A couple of Bosch 909's would be much cheaper if you wanted more than a single 044 could handle. But at 550-600, you should be fine.
I was recently told about an Evo making a little over 600 at the hubs on a Dynapack ( in the UK ) that had a single 044....not sure what injectors it had though.
Ive tested my own 044's.
Via a single -6 line ( 3/8" ID ) outlet after the reg, at 66psi test pressure and 13.1volts. They flowed equivalent to 486 litres per hour.
I did test at lower voltages. I dont recall exact figures, but the flow difference with only 1 volt less was quite a lot, and I only tested for a duration of 20seconds.

my mapper would ideally want me to run standard fuel pressure i assume for best spray pattern so will only be running standard reg at 3 bar.

No I don't believe you do, but thought the 4wd manifold would strangle a GT35 anyway ??
Can't the 4wd manifold only flow upto about 450hp ?? This turbo's aimed slightly higher than that !!

maybe it might do it but been advised not to run over 2 bar. according to flow map 2 bar is 57 lb of air sounds good to me. compared to about 48 lb on my t4.
i currently run 2.2 bar on the t4 so probs it can be done just not advisable.

That depends entirely on your injectors. If they are only capable of flowing enough fuel for 500bhp at 3 bar, then its the injectors that are the limiting factor. Not the pump.

go for 2 standard pumps ??
and roosie you would be stupid tbh to put a gt35 on a 4x4 manifold its such a waste 4x4 manifolds as said above are only really good for 450hp
what you really need for a gt35 is a 2wd manifold with reylands external waste gate mod if ur turbo is going to be external wastegate or if you can push the boat out a tubular manifold is nice
but if its a internally gated gt35 just a plane old 2wd manifold will do the trick lol !!!
go external if possible as ive heard not good things about the internally gated ones !!

i wasnt going to go 4x4 manfold i was just wondering as mine is 2wd.
did see the tubular maniold with wastegate on reylands site but 1400 quid .will go external wastegate but aint decided were the cheapest on is.

they surge badly when trying to run high boost at the bottom so you have to limit it they also dont make quite as much bhp at the top but there is many factors that could have affected this so could be very much differernt on your engine due to the spec

il just stick with one 044 pump then and see what stu says when he maps it i guess he will soon know if it cant cope.

im hoping if ports and valves are big enough and cams lift high enough for long enough it will consume the air. being a big turbo theres probably gonna be no boost below 4k rpm anyway. mapper will sort out any surge if need be.
