Default Anyone installed a pop-out Head unit...

into a late (J plate) saphire cossy 4x4 the ones that have the molded vents? IE a DVD player head unit.

Just wondered how you go about doing it as it can't go into the normal head unit place as there is no space for it to pop back out.

I've been told that it can go into the airvents but will have to be cut?

ye dats the sort of thing, if it was in the very bottom it would hit the gear stick as it's 4x4 there isn't a kink in the stick like a rwd car... but cheers for the pic Paul!
