Have uploaded new firefox, now for some reason everytime i log onto facebook a box pops up saying `firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close` so click ok and it shuts the internet any ideas? cheers Statey

 

try uninstalling it fully, rebooting, then reinstalling it

 

Sorry not to good with computers can u descibe how to do it mate

 

start - control pannel - add remove progs - find fire fox, click remove - follow the instructions - reboot

re-install

Statey try the above, ive been using firefox over a year and not had any probs really so its worth the hassle ill tell you some tips when you get it reinstalled.

 

Just re installed it and its exactly the same

 

Open Firefox.

Tools Menu

Clear Private Data

Select everything and click the button.

Restart and try again.

 

just clicked on clear private data and it doesnt do anything

 

Does IE do the same?
