so - my car does indeed have a 3 bar sensor and is on greens - so can anyone give me a rough idea of what it will kick out, also what else should I consider as all else is standard - rads intercooler and the brakes..

 

Generally around 320/330 it would be a good idea to have at least a 4wd intercooler, or better still a RS500 type.
Rad will be fine at this power, as will std(2wd) intercooler at this time of the year, this is assuming you are talking 0280 150 803 DARK Green injectors.
Brakes with decent pads are fine for most.
