Anyone got a BMW E36 haynes that covers diesel models?

Could you tell me what the gear ratios are for the diesel models please?

Thanks

OK I need the gearbox number or the car's chassis number - there are options of both manufacture of the box and then 2 types of boxes for each manufacture!

cheers, dont have the car, but wondered what the ratios were like because I want to run a petrol turbo engine in a light car with a 4.1:1 diff.

sadly the second two boxes are near on ideantical to the petrols, so they must simply fit a different diff to the diesel motors. the first one only has 4 speeds

shame mazda build gearboxes with stupid ratios
