fundamentaly your disc condition is irreversible. this does not however mean we cannot help you. if your surgeon does not want to operate then we are the best thing for you. by improving the way your back works will help you cope better with this condition even to the point to which you are sympton free!
best thing to do is come in for an assesment and will be able to have a look to see why things are going wrong
