Tony Ryans thunderloon is very good...
Martin Johnsons Thunderloon is very good
Lee Reynolds Mk1 is very good
Kev Warns Mk2 is very good, and for a car that old is always mint when its out.
But my fave from the members on here ..... well it has to be ...........

Just read that lot, some poor sod asked who had the best car on here, not expecting the abuse & nastiness it generated.
BEST is a subjective thing & so each will have his own view.
Im one of the lucky ones I suppose, I can afford to build what is IMO the best car on here cos to me its all about speed, I fully except that everyone else may/can think its a 19 year old pile of shite.
Still I will give my opinion on what I consider the best of the rest.
Road car - MADAdes car - near 700bhp & still looks, drives & is as quiet as a normal Cossie, shook me as mine has far more compromises.
Track Car - dont consider the Track Day 'you cant overtake here mate' brigade as true track cars so I guess its between cars that enter competative races Steve Scotts Escort, the AG Focus or Kev Atkins EVO.
Older rs - The Mk1 that came through Marks recently IMO the best car ive seen in a very long time & one of very few that I would be tempted to buy.

Ok heres my take on it. For me, the 'best' car should be the cleanest and 'mintest' car out there. No dis-respect here, but in my opinion it HAS to be a cosworth to start with as thats the 'top of the range' and the best you can get out of the Ford range.
So for me, it has to be amongst the few that win or come very close to winning concourse. There the 'best' cars out there and are proven to be.

Martins was built a couple of years ago, Harveys is just completed & mine is in development we aint even started yet lad let alone past it .As I said 'best' is subjective but from where I am would I consider a car soooo clean it cant be driven or a car capable of claiming the fastest Cossie ever title, now thats not a hard choice for me, but of course its each to his own.

BEST is a very vague word. The 'best' for what????? A nissan micra would be the 'best' car for ya granny to nip round to the shops.
For me the 'best' car has to have a bit of everything, power, looks, handling, and of course wouod have to be spotlessly MINT! Id have to say duncross's (?) imperial escos is right up near the top for me. It has it all in my opinion
Top speed and outright power/performance does NOTHING for me what so ever personally, so the 'fastest' or 'most powerful' just doesnt cut it for me. Unless it looks great and is totally MINT to go with it of course.

cheers but at the moment parts of the car are all over the country in different places but it should all be coming back home soon and then it will be quicker and cleaner than ever befor i hope

Best RACE car I agree.... AMAZING thing... BUT its not a road legal car so you cant use it on road. Ruins it for me... Not really relevant for Andy at moment though
