Default NEW car advice -Help

Currently looking at replacing my everyday car which is an E36 bmw and is becoming old and tired after 6 years ownership.

I am currently in a confusing state in which Im after a vehicle that can offer the best of both worlds so to speak.

I need a vehicle that is presentable/comfortable and also offers some luxury at the same time whilst being able to TOW the fiesta on a small trailer.
The Fes weighs in at 800kg so not a vast lump to tow.

I have been looking at Nissan Navaro twin cabs which for the price im looking at come fully loaded with all the gadgets. This would be perfect
for towing and offer some refinements with regard to an everyday vehicle, however I only need a towing option MAX of 14 days a year give or take.

The second option is go for something a little more smokey and currently im liking the idea of an E46 M3 but can this tow….or be suitable..
The idea behind this is everyday wise its perfect not to big and very smart looking with the bonus of having the performance factor.
I could also use on track at times when the Fes is unavailable due to having one of its annual sick days.

Am I asking to much though!

Has anyone any ideas they can throw my way..

E46 m3 will tow ok mate power wise ect but in all honesty i havnt seen one with a tow bar yet & i have seen hundreds come through here.
Main prob i can think is where to mount a tow bar? the back box runs right along the back of a E46 so where would it mount.
Leave it with me & i will find out for you

Carlo, was thinking the same thing as the twin exit system runs across the back.

That could possibly be the bmw route over .

the backbox on the m3 is too big and in the way to mount a tow bar, we had a kit made for her r56 mini cooper s with twin centre exhausts so i think it depends on where can be mounted

Audi A6? Nicely put together, looks good, with the right motor can go quite well. 2.5 diesel option as well.

16k seems strong money for a M5 BUT its a nice car, just the market for these cars is dropping like a stone as nobody wants the fuel bills for em with all the other bills going up

Ginge the prices on them vary if you look on pistonheads ect for a decent car with decent miles they are still holding not bad money(whether they are selling or not is a different matter)

mate jims car is a VERY nice car, but its the older one aint it, with the oil burning issues, ok its cheeper car tax though

16k for a car of that age when theres some M5's going for 9k upwards is a HUGE difference in a time where electric/gas/food/fuel/clothes and even fucking insurance is going up in price,,,, fuck knows how thats happening though

just seems alot of people are off loading there performance cars and getting small diesel stuff to ride out the storm meaning LOADS are on the market

seriously have a look at ANY performance car,, just see whats for sale out there, theres fucking LOADS at the min

lukes cars a nice car btw too
