Wether the 14-year old was in FHM or not is not relevant: everybody on PF knew it was a fourteen year old getting them out and nobody seemed to have a problem with that....
With regards to the hardtalk: most of the times it's just that: hard TALK.
I don't doubt you would and you have but let's face it: most of it is keyboardwarrior talk.
As for Ginge: knowing hardmen or whatever doesn't make YOU hard.
If anything the ghettotalk and constant mentioning of the muppets you know makes you look anything BUT hard in my opinion.

the pictures were freely available
they were not of an exlicit nature
they were in the public domain and showed a girl of indeterminate age with her boobs out, ala jerry springer style
we only have an enraged father giving it some verbals to assume tha tthe girl is under age, other than that, there is nothing to suggest it was anything other than a girl with her baps out wanting her 15 seconds of fame
the picture was put up to show that it was virtually impossible to gauge the age of the lary in question
i think we will just have to disagree on the merits of weatrher it's right or wrong, legally i would assume it's going to be totaly wrong, but if you didn't know she was udner age yo uwould have some difficulty explaining her womanly shaplyness
also, ginge does kickboxing with hard blokes, so if he can take a thwack from one of them he's harder than me
