quick question for the computor guys and girls
my other half has to two user ids for the outlook express, the problem is that it will let her into one account but will not open the other one even with the correct user name amd password.
Is there any way to reset the passwords without losing the accounts

You will need to reset the passwords via the ISP, what happens when you do send / receive in outlook express, you sure the username and password are correct, and the incoming and outgoing mail servers are correct ?
