Default no boost

i carnt take my s2 over about 3000 revs. if i do the i just here the dump valve. i have checked all of the boost pipes and there all good. someone told me it could be the actuator might have gone so i have just changed that, but still no good. but when i got back from the test drive to see if the actuator had work. i opened the bonnet on there was smoke coming of the turbo. the car itself dosnt smoke tho. there is also a small amount of oil in the boost pipes. if anyone has any ideas?

cheers adam

I dont know too much about these things but have you tried blanking off the dump valve? I think a little oil in the boost pipe is normal, mine always use to have a little and it was fine. Im sure someone off here will be able to solve your problems.
