Have anyone had problem with orders from Danny? I have place orders from him some 2 to 3 months. paid him in full but yet to received anything. was told afew times that the company that supply the joints had delay the parts.
i have orders 2 set of rear beam, 2 set of rear triangle strut bar and 2 set of under carriage beam.
Prompt and regular email until money send over... after that its always the same story of parts not arrive.. need waiting.. the last email say one week or so .. now its 2 weeks yet no news... so is that the normal waitng time?
what he told me, he's still waiting for the joints.
best talk to him direct mate, better than coming on here and starting a post like this.
i dont know danny or this guys but remember the guys in singapore so massive time differences and probably doesnt want to get up in the middle of the night everynight to call him?
so he was maybe hoping danny or one of his friends may see this post and spur him on?
always good customer service to keep your customers informed of whats happening and there wouldnt be a need for this post..
Surely after 3-4 months you would of thought he change supplier momentarily to get the order out the door, then proceed with old cheaper supplier once parts are back in stock.
I ordered a fair few parts off Danny last Christmas and he was ultra helpful esp as a few suplliers were closed over the break. I made sure I kept the communication channels open by emailing him every few days. He did some extra running around for me, which resulted in me ordering more goodies. Oh yeah, I live just that little bit further than Singapore!
If you're that worried and on such a big order and invested a large amount of money, I'd probably just give him a phone call. The time difference doesnt mean you have to ring at stupid hours. 5pm your time is 10am in the UK.
Im sure you'll be over the moon with what you'll recieve, so it'll be worth the wait.
Just a thought guys, but being from Singapore coachworz’s English may be OK if written but poor if spoken, email is sometimes an easy way around a language barrier

perhaps the parts are made bespoke for him and are non standard meaning its not so quick to just to swap suppliers.
just an update... i have yet to receive anything, have arrange my own shipper to conatct him, and he told them parts still not ready... the last email recieved from him saying that new rosejoint will be in on the 10/10 but today is 21/10 still no parts!
He's just had his second son, end of last week, so maybe a little busy, ill send him a text and notify him of this post.
hey, Peteh... could you kindly ask him about the parts? i have booked a shipping agent and the ship is sailing very soon... this is very urgent. i have tried calling but it was directed to a fax. email him yesterday yet no reply...
