Just to clarify, I understand from my own supplier that getting these rose joints in for the rear beams (they come from the the States) is proving problematical at the moment. Danny is not leading you up the garden path, there is a genuine delay on these joints and it is possible it will be like this for another few weeks while the peeps in the US get their shit together 
.

Come on Danny, sort it out!! If it's rose joints that are causing this then surely everything is done and ready and just needs the joints? I would send on everything and ship the rose joints after, at least the customer gets something to keep him happy. I have several contacts for rose joints if I can help...

There is more than one supplier of rose joints and they all have very similar ranges.
IMO if Danny wants to prove he is not messing this guy around he should ship the beam and oher parts now and simply advise him there is a two week delay on the rod ends and they will follow shortly. Most people will understand and feel alot more comfortable when they have something to show for all that money sat in their garage.

I just know what it is like when you keep getting told by suppliers that they will be ready next week (can Spacehoppers give Spence a kick in the nuts for me

I would imagine that Danny has paid for the rose jouints up front and is hoping they will arrive when he gets told they will. Obviously there comes a time when you have to cut your losses and seek alternatives, but sometimes if you require a specific quality, then you have no choice but to wait. And believe me, not all rose joints are the same (you only have to look at the budget ones supplied with the base versions of the Zoo beams).
I'm not sticking up for Danny's lack of communication, but I am confirming that there is an issue with these rose joints, as the UK distributor is having the same problems.

Cant Danny himself come on here and confirm the reason for delay.
I can only imagine how worried the guy is from Singapore having spent all that money and having nothing to show for it.....its not even as if he can pay Danny a visit.
If i had spent that amount of cash the least i would expect would be regular updates and an apology.

danny finally have everything sorted out and promise to get it ready by monday. hope its for real this time.. i have dealt with R&B , Reyland , GGR and Woodford many other ebayer seller and none have delay my parts.. its really fustrating . the exchange rate i paid was 3.1 to a pound now its only 2.7 to a pound! i could have save some money by paying him now if only i knew its going to take that long!

i'd want a part refund anyway for that time delay, although you got no chance of that actually happening.

so mr x who was considering using danny now has second thoughts.
personally, i believe people should keep their comments to themselves if they arent going to state a reason.

Its not my intention to come in here to ruin his reputation..(in fact it was his good reputation the reson why i choose to buy from him) i merely wanted someone over here who knows him to at least let him know he have a unhappy customer who have been waiting for his parts , and hopefully he can expedite . I don't think its too much to do that. If you put yourself in my shoes what would you done?
its one excuses after another... 7 months went by and in between these months i have been getting parts from other uk supplier without any problem.
He should have inform me and keep me updated instead of me always emailing him many times before he reply and again emailing again and again..
7 month waiting time IS not reasonable..
anyway i just wanted my parts and close this chapter.

Ok then my ears are burning.....
This is going to be my only reply on the subject as not into a battle of who great and who's not that this forum is plagued with.
As Coachworz knows his order is being collected monday as we have been in contact today as yesterday I was off(hence no email reply). The order was ready last week for him but the shipper never arranged collection and then there was confusion yesterday when they did! As over the weekend part of the order got damaged while having a mezzanine floor fitted by contractors.
Anyway this doesn't excuse the delay and I'm the first to admitt that along with 2 other outstanding orders on beams, This has been down to rose joints and as Mike said we can only go on what we are told... Due to this any beam promotion was stopped and all sales in the ebay shop got stopped until we knew beams could start being supplied with an approx 2 week turn around like we got known for. This is now sorted and we have rose joints back in supply hence the order ready to ship, and the recent orders I have taken in the past few days will be out within 2 weeks. Only down side is we no longer have ready converted beams on the shelf until we can source some spares.( this allowed us to offer a next day beam service with a deposit help until exchange beam received)
There has been communication problems and especially in getting through to Adrenaline VIA EMAIL!! NO thanks to L-Tech web design!! ring any bells? our friend Petrucci.. He runs (supposed to) my website and email account package, BUT failed to tell me the domain needed renewing and all my emails go bounced for 7weeks...... eventually got this sorted and now he has vanished owing me an updated website so i know how it feels to pay up front and not get the goods quickly so again appology to coachworz and anyone else effected.
