i think you did the right thing in posting it, as the rumours were far worse than that - clearly a case of chinese whispers where the truth gets distorted and turned around so that, possibly like the judge, other people get you mixed up with the other martin involved with the stolen cossies.

when you posted up that you had turned over Ł1/4 million in a quarter, you can't wonder that some of your competitors would like to have a slice of that and may repeat things about your history to cast doubt upon you.

Now the "facts have been spoken" i think thats proved that most of the idle rumours were nothing more than amplified bullshit!

I'm of the opinion that no-one was harmed so no harm done. Buyers wanted 'new' metros, you supplied them with 'good as'.
