Fiesta ST gearbox removal/clutch change

Does anyone know the ford remove/refit time for a clutch change in a fiesta ST? I'm assuming there is no quick way or cheat(!) to gettng the box out as the subframe has to be dropped????

Think it's about 3.5 hrs mate, how come?

altough the ones in Bolton are lazy barstards!!

Told him if he carried on driving like he did it wouldnt be long.....
