The thing is, at the same time, he was having problems with other cars and chose to shaft me over them, even tho I was his first paying customer driving my car to his premises 15 minutes after he got the keys for it! I send countless people there and put him on the cover of Performance Ford 3 or 4 times in 2003!!
Only a stage 3 and luckily no harm done.
Didn't use the chip all that long because I then heard about a chap called Stu who owned a company called MSD

I remember seeing your car at Harveys on one of my trips over so was drawn to it as I always liked the car.Then I seen the bin of bits...there was nothing left!we have all seen an engine with a rod out of bed or whatever,but this engine looked as if some had stuck a lb of samtex up its ass!then I asked what were the plumbing parts doing in the bin
as Lee has said a shocking story by any standard but what really got me was the attempted cover up and lies that were proved with the data log from the T6

You and many others! The many people that I sent there and went there on the back of my feature!! Even Brom went there!!!!
I even got them a feature in Performance Ford and he asked if I could LEND him my car to demonstrate what they do!! Like a twat I agreed!!! And they repaid me with loyalty like that??? They even still had my car on their website until recently!!
There is one other person who comes on here who spent a big amount of money there and Im surprised he hasnt commented!! Because Im sure he had his pants removed as well!!

I suppose it goes back to the 'anyone been ripped off by a tuner' thread, if a bone fide company has made a mistake they should rectify it asap at no cost to the customer - people always hear the bad stories, good customer service and quality workmanship is the key to repeat business, one bad experience spreads - sadly there have been bad stories on here over the last few years with regards to EA, mistakes happen we're all human - people learn from mistakes, then why do these so called mistake keep happening i.e. the horror stories that keep cropping up.
Shortcuts often end up being the long way round, proper preparation, careful and concisely carried out work prevails in the long run
You put your trust in the 'experts' (whom most of us 'assume' someone who is a trading company/tuner/business is an expert in that field, why else would they be trading offering those services, like me opening a hairdressers when I have no experience in hairdressing at all) and get charged a lot of money for the priviledge, you expect a high standard of work, this is what you are paying for

having been on here for a few years now if i went back to cosie ownership there are 4 companies i would trust with my car and my money..
reyland along with motorsport developments are at the top .....
always had great customer service from both of them... aswell as madevlopments....

There really does seem to be no accountability in the tuning trade and people have to be very careful. I would advise getting hard copies of planned work/standards and costs for any work proposed and receipts for all work done. If a company can not offer this I would be worried about using them tbh as its horror story after horror story.
Often however customers can be as guilty as tuners and mission creep is a huge problem.....AVOID IT!

so from this i presume you have the correct proof to back up your claims that martin stole and ringed this car ????

As for costs, you can guarantee what ever he said it was, it was always higher! Like an extras bill that went from £2000 to £3000 and when I picked the car up...£6300!!! I nearly collapsed with shock. But he said, dont worry, give us what you got, and pay the rest later!! I shit you not!!!!

firstly i have no assciation with whoever this ea is
secondly i have clearly no bollox (im female) but a nicely trimmed muff
thirdly the reason i posted on this thread was because im sick and tired of the reyland brigade showing off with top speeds, turnover figures, spending stupid amounts of money to show off at the gumball when after the last episode you make a right prick of yourself
and lastly and the main reason i decided to post on here after my pm was treated with the distain you have in buckets is
my uncle had an escort cossie stolen and hey presto it turned up much much later with a new haircut and a moustache (new id).
so martin what do u say now eh???
anyone that sticks up for you now will either be your best mate or have never suffered a car theft and the legal grief there after.
its easy have all the best gear and spend stupid amounts of money when you clearly havent earned it in the right way originally

If you have a video of him in handcuffs then he has obviously been caught and punished for whatever it was he did and come out the other side a new person. It is the criminals who don't change that you need to worry about... (I say criminal loosely there as I don't have a clue what martin ever did)
