Wiring a shift light?

i have bought an engine with ecu and the lot recently, and this came with it but im unsure on how to wire it in and have no instructions for the shift light.
anyone had any experience with these, i know theres a feed from the ecu that goes to the shift light (probably just the rev pulses) but theres 2 other wires i dont know where they go to
The wires are RED GREEN and BLUE... im guessing red is ignition, whats green n blue :S?
and also how the bleedin heck do you set these things to a certain rev range?
