Default Anyone gone, or going from Virgin to Sky?

Have you been offered any deals by VM?

Sky have got some good offers on at the mo, and we reckon we could lop our bill nearly in half by going to sky on the same kinda package we got with VM,
Just had VM on the phone offering a deal, told em to ram it but they are ringing back in 30 mins with a new deal

Just wondered if anyone has had this,
We got TV, BB and phone with em BTW.

Anything you get from sky will be short term good.

VM will look after you for longer - I've just renewed a 12mth discount for another 18 months

How did you manage to get a better deal and what package you got?
Mines just gone up a few quid which is a nice way to treat long term punters ---- reward them by charging them more

I just called and moaned. They originally put me on a deal when I called and moaned about sky1 going. I called this time and said I still didn't have sky 1, so didn't think it fair to pay more.

I think it was customer relations that sorted it in the end. They are the ones that can change stuff like that.
